Nico’s Tacos is a new concept and has not been rated by the major rating platforms; however, check out the ratings and reviews for its partner, Scrambled Eggs Restaurant, as it is one of the highest-rated restaurants in the community, which is why it is a featured member of St. Louis Restaurant Review.
Don’t let the structure of two menu concepts in one location confuse or intimidate you. The owner has created his own ghost kitchen to better utilize the facility for longer hours and increase revenue, which is good business.
This is a new location for both restaurant concepts. Previously located in Weldon Spring, MO, this new location is more centrally located and can efficiently serve a larger audience. It is easy to find and reach, with an upscale atmosphere, making it the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Very few restaurant operators have achieved a successful model that involves all three meals. However, owner Jose Solis has accomplished this daunting challenge. We encourage you to try both menus because we know you will love them, just as we did.
